THE ADVENTURES OF TEDDY BARK-LEE
Author: MaryAnn Glazer
AUTHOR: MaryAnn Glazer started writing the series of children's books about Teddy Bark-Lee, a Maltese puppy, in 2004 when she was recouperating from surgery...the oncology and surgical nurses said to put her stories down on paper...and the rest is history!  Capturing the life of my muse was a challenge and a labor of love.  The Glazers support various charities, such as The Ronald McDonald House where Teddy loves to do a 'greet and paw' with the residents at The House.

The Glazers retired to Arizona.  With a blended family of children, grand-children and great-grand children, who live around the USA,  their lives are full and blessed.  MaryAnn is a life-long member of The WELS.  MaryAnn has many interests, some of which include traveling, reading books, doing counted cross-stitch, and attending the movies.

MaryAnn Glazer is active in her church, Paradise Valley Lutheran (WELS), 14845 N. 40th St.,  Phoenix, AZ 85359.  Perhaps you will meet her there some Sunday!

MaryAnn has volunteered with the American Cancer Society as a ConSurmount Volunteer and with Scottsdale Healthcare Shea as the LINC Coordinator.  As a cancer survivor since 1990, she recognizes the need for survivors to speak with those who are newly diagnosed, receiving treatment, or just need some to talk with who has "been there, done that".   LINC stands for Listen, Inform, Nurture and Care.   This is one of several reasons that The Glazers are involved with The Ronald McDonald House Charities.  Children and their families need support as well.  www.trmhc.com
